DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Five students were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries Thursday morning after a school bus crash on Walton Walker Boulevard in Dallas.
Jon Dahlander with Dallas ISD says the students were sent to the hospital largely as a precautionary measure.
Dallas Fire Rescue responded to the incident just before 8 a.m. near Singleton Boulevard.
The bus was carrying 40 to 50 students to Pinkston High School.
Police are still working to determine the cause of the crash.
